隨著科技的進步,電視遊樂器跳脫傳統靜態坐姿的操控模式,利用各類感知器,使整個身體成爲操控遊戲的元素,實現身體動態操作之人機互動新模式,亦引發運動參與、能量消耗、疾病復健與運動傷害等議題,對社會大眾(特別是兒童)的生活型態之改變影響甚巨。本文闡述互動式遊戲介入模式對健康族群與疾病復健的影響,而互動式遊戲確實影響現代人的運動模式與能量消耗,並有機會作爲復健醫療之輔具,極具前瞻性;但參與互動式遊戲的相關傷害比例高於傳統式遊戲。因此,如何保留其運動與復健之優點,避免運動傷害,將是未來運動科學之一大挑戰與重要貢獻。
