本文運用文獻探討與調查研究法,針對相關文獻中有關學校提升 學習成效的文化核心任務健全學校體質進行剖析,並呈現作者所 進行的實徵研究發現。根據相關文獻,本文歸納「健全學校體質」的 概念類似於學校學習文化,適合用於我國學校領導理論與經營實際的 論述,它指的是學校塑造「利於教與學的環境」,是以學生學習為核 心的學校軟硬體設施及專業學習社群之塑造過程與成果,深深影響學 生學習成效,並受到校長領導的影響。本文調查研究發現,學校可以 透過個人的、專業的、組織的,與社區的四大策略方向提升學校的能 力,健全學校體質亦即透過校長以身作則、提升成員專業發展、 改善學校行政組織功能,以及獲取校內外支持並加以學習等策略方向 健全學校體質。每一努力的策略方向均包括更具體的作為。
By means of literature review and survey, this paper outlines the cultural core in promoting learning performance...i.e. cultivating a sound environment for teaching and learning in school. Based on related literature, the author argues that the idea of “sound school environment” is very similar to school learning culture. It could be utilized in the field of school leadership and management. The sound school environment based on student learning is the process and product of school professional learning community. It is influenced by the leadership of the principal and has an impact on student learning. Our findings indicated that for cultivating the sound environment for teaching and learning, personal, professional, organizational, and communal strategies should be built. Each strategy of promoting requires for various actions.
