The experiment was implemented in a 5-week session, in total 15 times, and with each time 30 minutes. Before, right after, and 7 days after the experiment would relatively implement pretest, post-test, and retention test. The statistics were analyzed using MONCOVA. If the difference is too significant, the test of Tukey’s HSD would be applied. In this study, it could be concluded into two following suggestions: 1.The table tennis forehand basic skill between different contextual interference practices appeared advanced trend on the testing scores. 2.The table tennis forehand basic skill between different contextual interference practices retained the performance on the movements of outward appearance.
