末期病童接受安寧療護的比例普遍偏低，在安寧病房接受安寧緩和照護的個案更是少之又少，本文報告一位一歲四個月大的末期腦瘤幼兒接受安寧病房緩和醫療照護的過程及經驗分享，討論安寧療護團隊在照護過程中於生理、心理、靈性、社會層面所遇到的困難，並從文獻探討中尋求解答，希望能作為相關領域的專業人員日後提供腦瘤幼兒安寧療護的參考依據。

In Taiwan, children who have terminal disease seldom receive palliative care. Among these patients, few patients had ever admitted to hospice ward. We report a 16 months old child who had atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor with terminal stage and admitted to hospice ward and received complete palliative care in the rest of his life. We share the experience during caring this little patient, including the difficulty in bio-psycho-social and spiritual level, and also review some articles which can deal with our problems. We wish there will be more resources for the pediatric palliative care.
