國際會議展覽(以下簡稱會展)產業結合了貿易、觀光、金融、旅遊及其它產業,是火車頭型服務產業,帶動臺灣的產業蓬勃發展;爭取會展活動來臺舉辦成為政府與業界致力之目標。因此本研究首由Atlas.ti編碼得到會展之特徵語彙,再以ISM與AHP等資料分析方法,得到實質競標、創意意象、產業文化及綠色基本等四個競標準則之排序;及政治組織、財務規劃、行銷推廣、競標技巧、行政規劃、公關接待及異業結盟等七大競標策略;最後,這些準則與競標策略可提供給政府單位輔導及業者參與會展競標之參考。
The locomotive-based service industry of International Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition industry (MICE industry) consisted of trade, tourism, finance, travel and other industries could flourish Taiwan's industry. To endeavor the MICE activities hold in Taiwan is the goal of government and the field of MICE industry. Hence, The characteristics of MICE industry was extracted by Atlas.ti coding in this research firstly. Those bidding criteria of real bidding criterion, creative image criterion, industrial cultural criterion and green based criterion were sorted and analyzed by ISM and AHP respectively. As well as 7 strategic results of political organization, financial plan, promotion and market, bidding skills, administrative plan, public relations and cross-industry alliance could be the guidable references to participate in the MICE industry.
