It is our purpose to explain design of an exhibition environment without communication barrier to exhibition messages is important to make all visitors either with or without sensation obstacles acquiring information from museum’s exhibition. The series of “Knowledge Express Exhibition” and “Occupation Safety Exhibition - Version of Universal Design” were used as examples to introduce how to use multiple communication methods such as written information, braille characters and three-dimensional figures, and verbal information to achieve the goals of no communication barrier to exhibition messages. Finally, direct injection digital printing technique and transparent ink material were introduced to make visible and touchable reading panels integrated into one exhibition panel which size can be as large as a two-dimensional printing. This allowed touchable reading panels no longer standing as a secondary role alongside of main exhibition panels just for meeting requirements of no barrier. As a result, the exhibition environment could be more equally for all visitors.
