隨著工作產業逐漸以高科技及服務業為主，勞工普遍在職場上所面臨的健康危害樣態不同以往，在勞委會勞工安全衛生所101年研究計畫中有關勞保統計資料顯示：職業性下背痛及手臂肩頸疾病，已連續五年佔勞保職業病現金給付的人次比例均超過80%，且又以下背痛為最大比例，而照護產業人員發生下背痛機率相較於其他產業為高，因此本研究乃利用文獻回顧的方式，搜尋造成照護產業人員下背痛的危險因素，及其對生活干擾情形。研究方法為檢索1995年至2013年之國內外之資料庫相關文獻，並以人工方式篩選符合研究主題之中、英文文獻納入本次探討。回顧將下背痛危險因素整理為工作因素、非工作因素與環境因素，而下背疼痛的影響有生活品質上、工作上及經濟上之層面探討。照護產業人員的下背痛問題在職場工作上是值得去重視的議題，若能歸納相關危險因素，進而改善與預防，便能降低下背痛的產生，也能避免因疼痛所帶來的後續生活影響。

As the work is changing into high technology and service industries, the risk type of workplace is differ from the past. According to 101 research projects in Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) in US, low back pain and shoulders and neck diseases cost labor insurance over 80% in occupational diseases in the last five years, and the most one is low back pain, particularly in healthcare personnel. In this literature review, we search articles about low back pain risk factors and pain affecting in daily livings from year of 1995 to 2013 in the database of domestic and foreign literature, and to manually filter matches research topic among the English literature included in this study. Sorting out low back pain risk factors include work factors, non-work factors and environmental factors, and exploring their influence on the quality of life, work and economic living. It is worthy to pay attention to healthcare personnel's low back pain problems in the workplace, not only reduce the incidence of lower back pain, but also to avoid the pain affecting in their daily living. We should also initiate methods of effectively identify the risk factors and the consequence of low back pain for the care workers in health care industry.
