近年來複合式運具(Multimodal)無縫轉乘已成為提升公共運輸乘載率的最佳策略之一，此係因過去各運具多處於獨立運作狀態，缺乏複合式運具整合的智慧化管理。隨著智慧運輸系統(ITS)的科技的日新月異，複合式運具無縫轉乘問題遂逐漸被解決。本研究首先蒐集國內外無縫轉乘案例與相關文獻，彙整出轉乘設施上的種類，並以無縫運輸四大構面-「空間」、「時間」、「資訊」、「服務」及不同使用者之觀點與場站形式探究個別轉乘需求，進行轉乘規劃，然後藉由深度訪談與小規模的問卷調查，確認各使用者之必要與潛在轉乘需求，最後則以差異分析，供後續推導複合式運具無縫轉乘指標之參考。

The multimodal transfer problem has become one of most hot issues in the field of public transportation studies recently. This paper aims at exploring various transfer need requirements among combinations of 9 transportation modes by considering 4 seamless transportation domains- space, time, information and service. Three types of passengers based two types of terminals are classified into necessary needs and potential needs to identify their seamless transfer requirements among different transportation modes in Taiwan.
