This thesis has described three important points of ICJLE2010; a historical meaning, a focus of transition of rally’s total theme and a change in research and education trend of Japanese -language education. First of all, this conference is an epoch-making one held in Taiwan that is the educational birthplace of Japanese -language. Next , the transit ion of a conference total theme from 2008 to 2010 shows the groping for the cooperation between different areas. This problem of the mass collaboration is clear in ICJLE execution. Finally, the change in topics of research from 2008 to 2010 shows the model of the activation of the research and education by the cooperation in a different area of Japanese-language education. It is a fundamental condition to enhance the cooperation of a present ICJLE for the development of Japanese -language education in the future.
