本研究之目的在於探討跆拳道運動之技術技巧與致勝管理要素，經由資料搜集建構跆拳道技術技巧與致勝管理模式，分析模式變數之間影響效果與關係。方法是針對2013全國中等學校運動會之跆拳道選手採用便利抽樣法進行抽樣，運用探索性因素分析及結構方程模式進行建構與驗證，並探討變數之間影響效果與關係。結果顯示模式經過3次修正，刪除10項變數以及聯結4項相關變數，驗證假設模式驗證符合模式適配度。結論是技術技巧在教練指導、攻擊技術與防守技巧具有顯著效果，致勝管理要素在體能訓練課程、自我管理與實戰經驗具有顯著效果，而技術技巧與致勝管理要素具有顯著相關，建議跆拳道選手在學習分解動作以及力道使用時機上，並從對手錄影帶攻防當中找出弱點獲得致勝關鍵。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the technology, skill, and triumph management factors in Taekwondo, by collecting the materials for building the model of Taekwondo technology, skill, and triumph management factors, and analyze the effects and the relationships in the variables. The methods applied convenient sampling to collect the data from the Taekwondo athletes in 2013 National High School Athletic Games in Yilan, explore factor analysis and structural equation modeling are applied to build the model and test the relationships of variables. The results indicated that the model has been fixed three times, deleted 10 variables, and connected four related variables, the model has been tested and the fit matches the suggestion parameters. The conclusions shows the fit meets the constructed validity, and coach instructions, offence technologies, defense skills directly influence technology and skill, physical training courses, self-management, and fighting experiences directly influence triumph management factors, besides, technology and skill against triumph management factors show the significant relationships. The recommendations are to learn the decomposed movements and force fighting timing, and to find out the opponents weakness by watching the videos of the competition offense and defense for getting the winning key points.
