依據網球擊球特性,培養特有的軀幹穩定,能夠預防運動傷害發生及提升競技表現。良好的核心穩定能夠維持或恢復軀幹位置,提升肌肉能力與神經肌肉控制之協調,促使達到回擊球穩定且快速效率,以利各項姿勢動作的進行。近年來頂尖職業網球選手不斷受運動傷害所苦,被迫放棄賽事,然而核心穩定的發展在網球運動中扮演著相當重要的角色,尤其網球選手長期處於軀幹的不對稱使用狀態,容易導致肌力的失衡,進而造成關節傷害或肌肉損傷。核心穩定其功能有助於網球選手的競技表現,例如軀幹恢復與髖部轉動,以及預防傷害發生並保證關節的穩定,並降低脊椎間的壓力與下肢運動傷害等情形。本文透過文獻的綜整介紹核心穩定的訓練方法,預防網球運動傷害發生並有助於選手在賽場上的競技表現,提供教練與選手訓練時的參考。
To strengthen trunk stability, according to the specific hitting property of tennis, can prevent injury and promote competitive performance. Stronger core muscles can maintain or resume trunk position, so as to increase the coordination between nerve and muscle and promote efficient return of hitting. Recently many professional tennis players suffer from injury, and are forced to give up competition. Core stability strengthening plays an important role in tennis. Especially tennis players often use their trunk in an asymmetry pattern, which leads to unbalanced muscle strength. Core stability strengthening can help to trunk resume and hip rotation, so to provide joint stability, reduce the pressure between vertebrae and prevent injury of lower extremity. This paper introduces core stability strengthening, which can prevent tennis players from injury and hopefully will improve tennis performance and training for players and coaches.
