近年來全台火災發生次數呈現線性遞減,但是於火場中不幸罹難的人數卻沒有隨著火災場次等量減少,不時有因為火場逃生指示不明確無法給予避難者足夠資訊而造成逃生困難導致罹難的案例發生。有鑑於此,如何在火災發生時透過有效的系統給予避難者足夠的避難資訊成為消防減災的重要工作之一。本研究係針對大型建築物(例:辦公大樓)以資通訊技術結合環境偵測以及逃生引導演算技術,發展一套行動式手持逃生引導系統。此系統將持續蒐集建築物內部之環境數據,並經由環境資訊判斷建築物之狀態是否正常,可在建築物發生火災初期主動提醒人員進行避難,並且透過逃生導引系統導引使用者往安全逃生出口方向,達到有效給予避難者正確逃生方向指示。本研究所提出之系統架構以及結合行動App之逃生引導概念可供國內建築物防火防災研究後續發展參考。
According to National Fire Agency, Ministry of the Interior, fire accident are reduce for every year but the number of people dead in the fire did not decrease in an equal proportion. There are many people dead because not enough information for emergency evacuation. Therefore, how to provide enough information for people is a primary target of emergency evacuation. This project is focus on provide evacuation information with emergency guidance and designed a guidance application using mobile communication technology by environment detection and emergency guidance algorithm. The system can provide evacuation information and warning user to evacuation with guidance application. In future, our research perhaps be a referral of other emergency evacuation works.
