培養學生養成良好的習慣,是奠定其一生成就的基礎,也是教師送給學生最好的禮物,基於此一理念,本研究運用游伯龍教授所創習慣領域學說中的壓力結構方法,並選擇其所強調的三大情緒健康電網⎯⎯微笑、深呼吸、抬頭挺胸,以學生為對象,連續填寫「自我習慣改變日誌」21天,期使學生因每天填寫日誌表,透過壓力結構加強電網後,隨時想到微笑、深呼吸、抬頭挺胸,從而增強能量,進而快樂、健康、自信地學習與生活,達到學習的新境界。 本研究假設,學生透過習慣領域壓力結構四步驟,每日填寫「自我習慣改變日誌」,將可日益增強其良好習慣(如微笑、深呼吸、抬頭挺胸等)、袪除不良習慣的電網(如抽菸、吃宵夜等),經21天的重覆填寫心得省思,除養成良好的習慣外,並瞭解如何改變行為習慣的方法,將是其在學校習得一生最重要又可帶得走的禮物。經研究結果分析,亦證實學生從填寫「自我習慣改變日誌」過程中,對其良好習慣的養成和袪除不良習慣產生助益,部分同學甚而產生驚喜,期繼續填寫以改變其他不良習慣。
Encouraging students to cultivate good habits is not only the building blocks for their lifelong achievement, but also a best present for them. Based on this philosophy, this study investigated the students with the method of “charge structure” in the realm of habitual domains founded by Professor Yu. This study selected the approaches of: “three kinds of emotion” and “healthy circuit patterns: smile, deep breath, and standing up straight” and requested the surveyed students to continuously keep the “diary for changing habits” for twenty one days. It was expected that by keeping a diary, the circuit patterns could be reinforced by the charge structure and, through this process, the students could learn to smile, deeply breathe and stand up straight which all facilitate to escalate their energy and help them to learn and live happily, healthily and confidently. This study assumed that, by the mechanisms of “four steps of charge structure” in habitual domains, students can increasingly strengthen their good habits such as smiling, deep breathing and standing up straight, etc., and quit the harmful habits. The retrospection through the replication of twenty-one-days diary keeping not only facilitates students to cultivate their good habits but also to understand the ways to change their behavioral habits. Hence, it will be their lifelong concomitant present learned from school. The empirical result showed that students could cultivate their good habits and quit their harmful habits through the “diary that changes their own habits.” Moreover, parts of these investigated students even felt surprised by the consequences and hoped to consecutively keep the diary to change their malignant habits.
