本文以文獻回析方式,探討心跳率於競技運動之應用,心跳率是在日常生活中最容易獲取之 生理參數,不僅可以評估身體狀態還可作為運動訓練強度、效果的指標、比賽時的節奏調控、賽 後疲勞監控及恢復的介入方式。因此,本文以文獻回析方式,探討心跳率於競技運動之應用,結 果發現,在競技比賽中,心理穩定及專注扮演著勝負關鍵的重要角色,專注力的表現也和心跳有 所關聯,可經由生理訊號、心跳或腦波來獲得相關訊息。在精準性運動項目裡,出手過程中的心 跳減速、較大心跳斜率、較低的心跳率皆有一致性的結果且有利於運動表現的提升,技能越純熟 及優秀的運動員心跳率變化優於新手;在心跳變異度方面,有經驗的選手在比賽時的副交感神經 活性較高,而且接受長時間有氧高強度訓練,運動後自主神經回復力也較好。
The purpose of this article is to explore heart rate application in competitive sports. Heart rate is the most convenient physiological data for monitoring in daily life. It could not only assess physical states but also interpret training of intensity or outcomes, competition rhythm adjustment, and post competition fatigue monitoring and recovery level. The result showed that in competitive sports, psychological stability and concentration play key role to winning. The ability to focus is also related to heart rate which could be obtained through ECG, EEG, and physical signal. In accurate sports, the research showed consistent outcome for heart rate deceleration during aiming period, greater slope of deceleration, and lower heart rate level benefit performance enhancement. The elite player has higher level of heart rate change. Regarding heart rate variability, experienced athletes' parasympathetic systems were more active. Receiving high intensity aerobic training facilitates sympathetic nerve recovery ability.
