文化需要體驗與分享的，鼓勵青年參與文化事業，更需要有方法。如何讓年齡偏高的文史工作者，透過服務學習概念，讓青年參與文史導覽，進而振興鄉土文化。不能單靠熱情、政策，而應該塑造氛圍，以及有計劃的推動。文化參與不能只是志工，應該是有遠景的職業，甚至有證照。在臺灣，青年參與，因政治因素，公共事務或政治參與偏多；此外，海外參與公益活動，或者透過新傳播科技進行網路參與，都是臺灣目前青年參與的主要類型，唯獨在文化參與上比例偏低。如何讓臺灣青年積極參與與扮演文史導覽員的角色，以創意實踐與瞭解臺灣鄉土文化，進而振興臺灣鄉土文化。期待將深具臺灣本土風格的文化加以改編，活化文化，改變文化保存工作者的年齡層。最後，以城市行銷方式，讓青年刻畫「一城一文化」，這正是讓臺灣青年從事文史導覽員，振興鄉土文化的最終目標。

Culture needs experience and sharing. More ways are needed to encourage young people to participate in cultural undertakings. How to enable young people to participate in the guidance of historical documents and rejuvenate the local culture. We should not simply rely on enthusiasm and policy, but should create a planned atmosphere and promote it. Cultural participation can not be voluntary. This should be a long-term career, or even a permit. In Taiwan, young people are involved in more public affairs due to political factors. In addition, they also actively participate in overseas public welfare activities, with only a low percentage of cultural participation. How to enable Taiwan's young people to actively participate, to understand Taiwanese native culture through guided activities, and to revitalize Taiwanese native culture. We look forward to further rooting the culture of Taiwan's native culture, activating culture and changing the age range of cultural protection workers. This is the focus of this article.
