研究目的：藥癮的復元不只是聚焦於戒癮，更關注復歸社會之後的生活，本文試圖了解藥癮康復者的復元與社會復歸狀況。研究方法：研究對象為基督教戒毒村停藥二年以上的藥癮康復者，採郵寄問卷調查法，收回114份有效問卷，受試者整體復元評估以「目標感與成就感」最佳，其次依序為「個人信心與想望」、「尋求協助的意願」、「信任他人」、「不受藥癮狀況支配」等面向，戒癮者對目前康復狀態仍持保守態度。復元評估分數越高，社會復歸實況越好。婚姻、工作、與復元評估量表對於藥癮者的社會復歸具有解釋力。研究結論：復元評估量表可作為評估工具與處遇指引，促進戒癮康復者之社會連結與強化內在復元資本，有助維持長期的戒癮成果以及順利社會復歸。

Purpose: The recovery of drug addiction is not only focused on detoxification, but also on the life after returning to society. The study survey the recovery and social rehabilitation of drug addicts and try to explore what factors are related to the social rehabilitation of drug addicts. Methods: The study participants were drug addicts who had stopped using illegal drugs for more than two years and returned to community. Using the mail survey method, a total of 114 valid questionnaires were retrieved. Results: The overall assessment of the subject's recovery was the best on ＂goal and success orientation＂, followed by the order of ＂personal confidence and hope＂, ＂willingness to ask for help＂, ＂reliance on others＂, ＂no domination by drug addiction situation＂ and so on. The best performing social rehabilitation is ＂avoiding recurrence and increasing resistance＂, the order of ＂friendship and support＂ and ＂keep in touch with institutions and the church＂ and ＂overall satisfaction and working conditions＂ were followed. The higher the recovery assessment score, the better the social rehabilitation. Conclusions: The recovery assessment scale can be used as an assessment tool and treatment guide. Promote social connections and strengthen internal recovery capital can help former drug addicts to maintain abstinence and social rehabilitation.
