　　　　　國立藝專為一所專門研習藝術的專科學校，因為所開設的科目較適合視覺障礙或聽覺障礙的學生學習，因此早在二十多年前便已開始招收這類學生。 本研究以藝專學生為研究對象，探討學生輔導中心所舉辦的系列「關懷視、聽障學生活動」，是否能有效增進一般生生對視、聽障學生的積極態度。此外，也透過問卷訪查的方式，瞭解學生背景因素的不同是否對視、聽障學生的態度有所不同。以期能獲得增進學生們對視聽障學生的態度之有效參考依據，並建立和諧、尊重、關懷的校園文化，和促進視聽障學生社會適應能力的提昇。
