陝北東漢畫像石墓題刻文字，數字不多，迄今共發現十條左右，計約二百字，然 其在我國璀璨琳瑯的書法藝苑裡，很有特色，值得珍視。本文先就陝北東漢畫像石墓分佈情 況與類型略作介紹，再對題刻文字進行考證，並分析其歷史意義與畫法成就。

　　　　　Examples of stone engravings from Eastern Han tombs in northern Shensi are relatively few. Nearly ten have been discovered to date, containing approximately two-hundred characters. The inscriptions, nevertheless, are distinctive and worthy of close study. In this paper the author discusses the distribution and typology of the stones, provides textual verification of the inscriptions, and analyzes their historical significance and calligraphic merit.
