     在時序即將邁入二十一世紀的同時,社會的變遷也極為快速,學校的教育在此也 面臨最大的挑戰,面對急遽變遷的社會,學校應提供什麼樣貌的教育﹖也成為諸多教育人員關 關心的話題。 本研究係從多元文化的角度出發,思考學校功能的轉變,尋求多元文化社會所賦予的學校意 義,探索多元文化教育下的學校教育目標、取向、特質及學校知識的本質、來源及形成歷程 。最後提出多元文化學校目標訂定、成員參與、課程轉換、課程實施、及評鑑改進等實際, 期望能為臺灣邁向多元文化社會的學校教育改革提供另一思考的方向。
     The Main purpose of this research is to construct a multicultureal schol. The paper is organized into four parts. 1. Understanding the transformation of school education. 2. Tnquiring the projects and approaches of multicultural school-education. 3. Exploring the reality of school knowledge. 4. The practice of multicultural school-education. I hope the paper can give better ideas for the reforming of Taiwan multicultural School-reform.
