題名：社區諮商個案之人口特徵與問題分析--以彰化師大社區心理諮商中心為例

　　　　　本研究分析在八十六學年度至彰化師大社區心理諮商中心接受諮商服務158位求 助個案的資料，包括性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀態、職業類別等背景變項，以及問題類 型，用以了解求助心理諮商服務之民眾特性。研究發現如下： １.約有四分之一的個案在接案晤談之後，並未預約正式諮商；而在正式諮商過程中，約 有二分之一的個案，在一至五次的晤談次數之內就會結束晤談。 ２.在求助個案的性別上，男女個案人數比例約為2比3。在年齡方面，兒童與青少年的 個案與成人個案人數之比例亦2比3。對照性別與年齡資料，未成年個案以男性居多， 成人個案則以女性居多。 ３.在教育程度上，以具高中高職程度之成人個案為最多，佔總人數的27.8％，大專以 上者佔33％，至於國中國小程度者，則多為父母陪同的兒童及青少年個案。學歷愈 高之成人，愈能以心理諮商做為其問題解決的資源。 ４.在婚姻狀態方面，由於未年成個案約佔總人數的五分之二，故以未婚者居多，然而若 扣除未成年個案的比例，則在成人個案上是以已婚者較多。 ５.在職業類別上，以學生佔總人數的五分之二，和無業者佔總人數的五分之一強為最 多，而由於未成年的學生個案以家長申請與陪同進行諮商，整體而言，概以無業的家 庭主婦之女性成人個案居多。 ６.成人個案在「個人自我與內在探索」有較多的探討，而且不因年齡的不同而有太大的 差異。未婚成人個案多以個人的探索為主，而已婚者則以「家庭和婚姻」中的關係為 焦點，惟透過諮商的過程，已婚者在探討與處理家庭關係之際，亦相當重視個人自我 了解與情緒抒解。 ７.在兒童及青少年個案的問題類型上，最需要處理的問題是情緒困擾、行為問題、學校 適應與學習障礙；相對而言，12至18歲的男性青少年個案，與父母有較多的衝突。 蘇臐C b兒童及青少年個案的問題類型上，54. 最需要處理的問題是情緒困擾、行為問題、學校適應與55. 學習障礙；相對而56. 言，57. 12至18歲的男性青少年個案，58. 與59. 父母有較多的衝突。
　　　　　The purpose of this study was to analyze the demographic characteristics and problems of people (n-158)who seeking the Center for Community Counseling in NCUE. These findings were as following: １.Twenty-five percent clients did not receive counseling after first counseling intake; half of the clients terminated counseling in between one to five session counseling. ２.The demographic characteristics of the clients were as: male and female client ratio were 2 to 3; child and adolescent were 2 to 3; pre-adult client were mostly males and adult client were mostly females. ３.27.8% and 33% clients were senior high school and college level background respectively; levels of elementary and junior high school clients were mostly child and adolescence and coming accompanied by parents. ４.Unmarried and pre-adult clients were of the major seeking helper; however, married clients were of the major clients compared with total adult clients. ５.In the categories of vocation, students (about 2/5), unemployed (about 1/5) clients were the most seeking help group. ６.Almost all of adult clients' problems were mostly focused on "in searching of personal self", unmarried adult clients' problems were mostly focused on "personal understanding", while married clients were focused on "marriage and relationships". ７.Emotional disturbance, behavioral problems, school adaptation and learning problems were most concerned by child and adolescence; in addition, ages of 12-18, male clients, have most problems with parent conflice. lice.
