題名:學前融合教育實施之探討

     本研究旨在探討以下議題:(一)融合教育的發展;(二)融合學校的基本條件 ;(三)實施融合教育可能遭遇的問題;(四)幼兒園在實施融合教育應有的準備。經文獻 分析結果發現: 一、從歷史的觀點,為特殊幼兒提供服務的型態受到常態化、最少限制的環境、普通教育肇 始等觀念的影響, 從相對性隔離( relative isolation )、統合( integration ),逐 漸演進到融合( inclusion )的階段。 二、融合教育的學校應該重視並落實人與人之間平等的觀念,接納所有障礙幼兒進入住家附 近普通班就讀,教室中障礙幼兒與一般幼兒人數成自然比例,重視教師間的合作與多元化教 學策略的運用,並以貫專業團隊合作的服務方式,讓特殊幼兒與一般幼兒皆從方案中獲益。 三、融合教育實施歷程可能面臨以下問題:(1)職員負向態度;(2)教學方面:教師專業 訓練不足、學前教師與學前特殊教師哲學觀的差異、課室管理問題、學生人數問題、如何促 進學生互動、時間不足等問題; ( 3 )資源方面:相關專業服務的不足、督導諮詢的系統 不足、人力不足、物力不足、空間不足; ( 4 )溝通問題:專業人員間的溝通、學校與家 長的溝通問題。 四、教師、幼兒、行政人員在幼兒園實施融合教育過程中扮演關鍵性的角色。教師的努力方 向包括態度的建立、課程的調整、社會互動的提昇;幼兒的準備主要在瞭解人與人之間的不 同,與同儕維持良好的互動;行政人員則必須在態度的建立、資源的運用、環境與設備方面 加以積極準備。
     The purposes of this study are as following: (1) development of inclusive education; (2) basic prerequisites for inclusive school; (3) problems which inclusive school may meet; (4) preparation for kindergarten to implement inclusive education. The major findings are: (1) historically, the service style for children with special needs are from the relative isolation stage, integration stage to inclusion stage; (2) all children are benefited from inclusive school by equalization, normal classroom near home, natural ratio of special and regular children, implement of multiple-teaching strategies and transdisciplinary team approach; (3) the challenges of inclusion are negative attitude, teaching, resources and communication among experts, parents and school; (4) there are some suggestions for teachers, children and administration in inclusive settings.
