本研究旨在探討諮商員的反移情經驗，透過訪談二十一位具有反移情經驗的諮商員，了解其在諮商過程中的反移情反應、反移情的原因、諮商員對反移情的因應方式及反移情的影響。本研究採質的研究中深度訪談法，以半結構的晤談指引進行訪談以蒐集資料，並以開放性編碼方式分析歸納，研究發現如下： 1.諮商員的反移情反應可分為反移情情緒及反移情行為兩大類型，其中反移情情緒包括有喜歡、欣賞、痛苦、遺憾、害怕、無力、愧疚、責備、生氣以及其他等十大類型；而反移情行為包括有過度同理、撫慰、迫切的問題解決、情緒過度涉入、形成非諮商關係、順應當事人需求、保持距離、缺乏生理專注、提早結束諮商、挫折當事人、減少探索、忽略當事人等十二種類型。 2.諮商員產生反移情的原因可歸納有諮商員的人格特質、諮商員的價值觀及需求、諮商員對當事人及其問題的知覺、當事人觸動了諮商員的個人經驗、當事人在諮商中的行為、諮商員對諮商的的評價、諮商員對自我能力的評估、非預期的諮商行為、諮商員的身心狀況及其他等十種類型。 3.諮商員對反移情的因應方式可分為當場因應及事後因應兩大類，其中當場因應包括反映自己的狀況、檢視當事人的狀況、提醒自己的角色、諮商方式的改變、諮商員外在調適、情緒壓抑、省思反移情的原因等七種類型；事後因應則有向人請教、尋找資料、思考對諮商及當事人的影響、爭取開個案研討會、尋求諮商、無力因應及其他等方式。 4.反移情的影響分為反移情對諮商的影響及反移情對諮商員個人的影響兩大類型，其中反移情對諮商的影響包括有提早結束諮商、造成當事人的依賴、諮商流於閒聊、無效的諮商、緊張的諮商關係、阻礙了問題判斷的客觀性以及阻礙了諮商的有效進行等七大類。研究者並針對上述研究結果加以討論，並據此結果分別對諮商教育單位、實務工作者及未來研究三方面提出具體建議。

The purpose of this study was to understand the counselors' counter transference (CT) experience. Twenty-one counselors with CT experience were interviewed and the following factors thought to contribute to CT were considered and investigated. They are (1) CT reaction, (2) CT cause, (3) CT coping strategy, and (4) CT effect. By using the in-depth interview of the qualitative research, a semi-structured interview were conducted and used to collect data. The open coding approach was adopted to analyze the data and some categories for each factors of CT experience were found. The results of comparison and analysis were discussed. Based on the discussion, practical suggestions and applications were made for (1) education organization, (2) counseling practician, and (3) future research.
