題名:授權型領導、心理可得性與創新:組織支持感的作用

采用問卷調查法,以配對數據為樣本,探討了授權型領導對員工創新行為的影響,考察了心理可得性的中介作用與組織支持感的調節作用。結果表明:①授權型領導與員工心理可得性顯著正相關;②心理可得性在授權型領導與員工創新行為間起部分中介作用;③組織支持感顯著調節了心理可得性與員工創新行為間的關系;④組織支持感調節了心理可得性在授權型領導與創新行為間的中介作用。
The present study aims to examinethe effect of empowering leadership oninnovative behaviors in which psychological availability is a mediation mechanism and perceived organizational support is a moderation mechanism.Results showed that 1) empowering leadership was positively related to employees' innovative behaviors;2) psychological availability partially mediated the relationship between empowering leadership and employees' innovative behaviors;3) perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between psychological availability and employees' innovative behavior;4) perceived organizational support moderated the mediated relationship through psychological availability.
