為探討社會認同理論框架下,身份認同與內隱群際攻擊性的關系,并分析內隱集體自尊在身份認同對內隱群際攻擊性影響的調節作用,采用內隱IAT測驗和問卷調查相結合的方法對326名新生代農民工進行調查,結果發現:(1)內農外農型新生代農民工對內群體和外群體的內隱群際攻擊性均高于內城外城型被試,內農外農型新生代農民工對內群體的內隱攻擊性水平顯著高于其對外群體和模糊群體的內隱攻擊性水平,內城外城型新生代農民工的外群內隱攻擊性顯著高于內群內隱攻擊性;(2)內隱集體自尊調節了內農外農型被試對內群體內隱攻擊的影響,內隱集體自尊對內城外城型新生代農民工的群際攻擊性不存在顯著影響。研究結果揭示了內隱集體自尊在個體身份認同與內隱群際攻擊性產生的調節作用,從而豐富了社會認同理論。

In order to explore the relationship between identity and implicit intergroup aggression in the framework of social identity theory, and analyzing the implication of implicit collective self-esteem in the influence of identity on implicit intergroup aggression,this paper used implicit IAT test and questionnaire to investigate 424 new generation migrant workers,and the result indicated that:1)The implicit in-group and out-group aggression of new generation migrant workers that having farmer identity both in explicit and implicit are higher than the new generation migrant workers that having urbanite identity both in explicit and implicit. The implicit in-group aggression of new generation migrant workers that had a farmer identity both in explicit and implicit aspects are higher than it implicit out-group aggression and unclear group aggression. The implicit out-group aggression of new generation migrant workers that having urbanite identity both in explicit and implicit are higher than it implicit aggression of in-group. 2) The implicit selfesteem moderate the influence of new generation migrant workers that having farmer identity both in explicit and implicit to the implicit in-group aggression, and there is no significant impact of implicit self-esteem on implicit intergroup aggression of new generation migrant workers that having urbanite identity both in explicit. The results of the study revealed the moderating effect of implicit collective self-esteem between the identity and implicit intergroup aggression, which enriches the theory of social identity.
