研究通過3組實驗分析產品陳列方式對孤獨個體產品偏好的影響。實驗1發現產品合并陳列時,孤獨個體偏愛普通產品;產品單獨陳列時,孤獨個體更喜歡擬人化產品。實驗2采用產品的功能關系代替陳列方式,進一步驗證主效應。實驗3分析廣告信息類別對主效應的調節作用。本文為企業合理地使用擬人化策略提供建議。
