本研究旨在建構並實證國小食育素養指標,形成問卷,以嘉義市國小教師為對象進行指標的檢證。本研究採用文獻分析、德懷術和問卷調查,進行研究。研究工具為依據文獻分析發展的「國小食育素養指標建構」與「國小教師食育素養指標知覺問卷」,並利用SPSS/PC For Windows統計進行分析,獲致以下結論:
一、 「國小食育素養指標」架構包含5項主類別、9個次類別與39項指標題項。
二、 不同背景變項的嘉義市國小教師對食育素養指標的知覺現況為重要以上。
三、 除兼行政職務之教師,在「飲食交流與文化」層面的知覺情形顯著高於未兼行政職務之教師外,不同性別、年齡、服務年資、學歷在指標各個層面,知覺情形並無顯著差異。
根據上述研究結果,分別對國小教育階段學校、教育行政機關及後續研究提出建議。
The purpose of this study is to construct and verify indicators of the elementary school food education literacy, form a questionnaire, and take the elementary school teachers in Chiayi City as the object to verify the indicators. This study used literature analysis, Delphi technique and questionnaire survey. The research tool is based on the literature analysis and development questionnaire, and using SPSS/PC for Windows statistics for analysis, and the following conclusions are obtained:
1. The framework of the elementary school food education literacy indicators includes 5 main categories, 9 sub-categories and 39 indicators .
2. The status of Chiayi City elementary school teachers with different background variables on food education literacy indicators is important.
3. Except for teachers who take part in administrative positions, the perception situation at the level of "food exchange and culture" is significantly higher than teachers who do not take part in administrative positions. There is no significant perception situation at different levels of indicators for different genders, ages, years of service, and academic qualifications.
Based on the above research results, suggestions are made for schools, educational administrations and follow-up studies at the elementary school education stage.
