一、問題定義:決定該把焦點集中在哪裡;
二、因果分析:深入分析已掌握的問題現況;
三、方案實施:針對所確定的原因提出解決問題的方法和行動策略;
Based on long-term fieldwork, in-depth discussions, informal communication and data collection and analysis of innovation cases in the grinding industry, this study observes and analyses the innovation process in the grinding industry from a problem-solving perspective, with the aim of exploring how external knowledge and internal knowledge are integrated in the problem-solving process and transformed into innovative knowledge for the enterprise. The study found that the Problem Solving Model and the three practices behind it:
1) Problem Definition: deciding where to focus;
2) Cause and Effect Analysis: in-depth analysis of the existing situation of the problem;
3) Solution Implementation: proposing methods and action strategies to address the identified causes of the problem.
Finally, this paper further explains how knowledge creation can be carried out through the problem-solving model, i.e. how problem solvers can effectively integrate cross-border knowledge and create new knowledge through conceptualization, combination and empirical evidence.
