題名:知識創造與管理創新、技術創新之關係-以生技產業、光電產業實證比較

知識創造與管理創新、技術創新皆為管理領域內之重要議題,國內外文獻研究主題以知識創造對管理創新、技術創新之影響研究較為少見,其中針對生技產業與光電產業的實證比較更為罕見。本研究以臺灣重要產業之生技產業與光電產業為研究母體,探討生技產業與光電產業之知識創造對管理創新、技術創新之影響差異,因此極具價值性與創新性。 本研究結果發現如下:(1) 生技產業之知識創造、管理創新、技術創新認知均高於光電產業。(2) 生技產業之知識創造對管理創新、技術創新皆有顯著影響。(3) 光電產業之知識創造對管理創新、技術創新皆有顯著影響。(4) 知識創造對管理創新、技術創新之影響在生技產業與光電產業間有顯著差異;生技產業之「結合化」構面能夠影響管理創新與技術創新,而光電產業之「結合化」構面對管理創新與技術創新則無影響。
