     本研究根據過去與策略聯盟有關的理論文獻歸納出影響策略聯盟類型的三大變數,分別為:產業環境、廠商特性、與策略聯盟目標。透過對我國汽車零組廠商的實證分析,研究結果發現: 一、國內汽車零組件廠商的合作關係並非僅只於中衛體系式的生產與後勤聯盟;研究發展聯盟與行銷、配銷及售後服務聯盟亦佔所有樣本的59%。 二、雖無任何形成因素構面對所有策略聯盟類型有顯著影響,但研究結果仍可看出: (一)產業環境對策略聯盟附加價值鏈分佈較具有顯著影響。 (二)廠商特性對策略聯盟為競爭或非競爭聯盟較具有顯著影響。   (三)策略聯盟目標對策略聯盟為國內或跨國聯盟較具有顯著影響。 三、在產業環境、廠商特性、與策略聯盟類型對策略聯盟績效的方面: (一)同業聯盟的績效表現較異聯聯盟為佳。   (二)產業環境、廠商特性對策略聯盟績效有顯著影響,兩者之判定係數(R2)合計高達57%,其中又以產業環境因素對策略聯盟總績效的影響較為顯著。
     Based on prior research and theories regarding strategic alliances, this study induces three strategic variables that influence types of strategic alliances. These variables include industrial environments, firm characteristics, and objectives of strategic alliances. By applying factor analysis, MANOVA, and egression analysis, thirty-four Taiwan’s auto-component firms are analyzed. Findings of this research are as following: 1.The cooperative relations among Taiwan’s auto-component firms aren’t just focus on productive and logistic activities. There are 59% of respondent firms whose strategic alliances belong to research and marketing types. 2.Industrial environments, fir characteristics, and objectives of strategic alliances have more significant influence on types of strategic alliances in value chain, competitive or non-competitive alliances, and domestic or cross-national alliances respectively. 3.(1)Performances of strategic alliances between inter-industry firms. (2)Industrial environments and firm characteristics have significant influence on performances of strategic alliances (R2 of regression equation achieves 57%). Influence of industrial environments on alliance performances is more significant than that of firm characteristics.
