     在不同情境下,創新專案關鍵成功因素應不同,本研究探討不同產品創 新專案類型與不同環境不確定情境下關鍵成功因素間的差異,研究發現不同創新 專案之關鍵成功因素部份相同部份不相同,行銷及研發部門的整合、開發能力、 創新專案執行熟練程度等三項在兩種創新專案均為重要關鍵成功因素,高度創新 專案需注重團隊技巧、科技技術能力、專案管理者的能力、與高階管理者的關切 等關鍵成功因素;在低度創新專案則需更注重行銷能力因素。此外,本研究亦發 現在不同創新專案類型與不同環境不確定性下的專案關鍵成功因素間之關係也 不同。
     Recently considerable research effort has been devoted to identifying the key success factors(KSF) for new product development (NPD) management practices. However, previous studies have notexamined that the similarities and differences KSF under variety of types of innovativeness and difference ofenvironment uncertainty. R&D/marketing integration, development capability, proficiencies in projectmanagement were identified as important to NPD success in both radical and incremental projects. Teamskills, technical proficiency, project manager competency, top management involvement being moreimportant to radical projects. Marketing proficiency is the most important KSF to incremental projects.Additional differences between NPD project type and environment uncertainty were found that withdifferences KSF for NPD projects.
