企業在面臨全球化的競爭環境下,「創新」即是企業提升競爭力的關鍵因素。對組織而言,所謂的創新不光是指技術或產品的創新,還包括了流程、策略、組織體系等,舉凡企業經營活動的內容都涵蓋在內,所以創新可以發生在企業經營的任何層面。 本研究嘗試以Porter的競爭策略的理論模式探討其與「創新能力」與「創造力工作環境」的配合情況之下,對企業競爭力之影響。繼而選擇適當的配適策略,以達到提升企業競爭力的目的。經由理論架構發展,設計相關問卷,加以實證分析。本研究發現:一、採用不同的企業競爭策略之企業,其競爭力的水準,並未有顯著差異。二、企業競爭策略與企業創新能力之配適會影響該企業的競爭力。三、企業競爭策略與企業創造力工作環境之配適會影響該企業的競爭力。
In the increasingly globalizing competitive environment, innovation is viewed as the key factor for businesses to promote the level of competitiveness. For modern business organizations, the field of innovation is not only including the innovation of technologies and products but also including the innovation of processes, strategies, organizational structures, etc. Actually, an innovation may originate from any activities of the enterprise and improve the level of business competitiveness. This research applies Porter's competitive strategy framework to explore its influences on business competitiveness by matching "innovative capability" with "work environment for creativity" in order to clarify the relationship between business strategy and business competitiveness based n the innovation aspect. We developed a theoretical framework and a questionnaire to conduct the study. After a series of empirical analysis, we found that (1) There is no significant difference in the level of competitiveness among firms adopting different business competitive strategies; (2) The proper match between business competitive strategies and types of innovative capability could promote the level of business competitiveness; (3) The proper match between business competitive strategy and work environment for creativity could promote the level of business competitiveness.
