     在教育評鑑研究領域中,尤其在涉及「人」的評鑑時,評鑑者的適切性即成為尖銳的爭議聚焦點,而企業界常用的360度回饋,也許可以提供一些不同的想法。本研究旨在探討360度回饋的意涵及實施程序,並瞭解其特色與價值,或可激發出對當前教育人事評鑑相關問題的不同思維,有助於教育人事評鑑的發展。
