This is a case study of a female restaurant entrepreneur. Through the eyes of the researcher we can see how a female entrepreneur open her own restaurant and what the process and experience are to start her business. The aims of the study is to find out the motivation and background as well as the problem has been encountered for the entrepreneur through the process of entrepreneurship. The methods in the study include depth-interview, documentary analysis and observation on-site to obtain the information needed. The interpreting of the story includes nine sections as the following: 1. life experiences, 2. growth background creates the potential of opening a restaurant, 3. personal traits, 4. motivation for start a business, 5. entrepreneurship process, 6. management concept, 7. the problems and difficulties encountered, 8. sexual attitude and the advantages for female entrepreneur. 9. marriage attitude. At the end of the study, the reflection by the author has been written for future research and entrepreneurs.
