本研究目的，在瞭解靈性在文化創意產業女性創業家創業動機的展現。在研究對象上，以立意取樣就近選擇 3 位高雄在地得獎的女性文化創意產業家進行訪談研究，希望以她們創業的經驗，提供大家進行標竿的典範學習。 在研究方法上，採用敘說探究法，以敘說生命故事的方式進行，為看到個案在時間脈絡上的改變，以兼重時間與情境脈絡，採取創業前、創業中、現在與未來願景為書寫上時間的架構，並以其中所發生的關鍵事件為主，進行個別敘說文本的撰寫，再進行敘說分析文本的建置，最後並進行 3人之間的綜合分析。 在資料的蒐集上，以深度訪談為主，每個個案均至少進行二次，各約 5至 8 個小時的深度訪談，並輔以 Shadow（觀察），與蒐集雜誌、新聞報導與個人記憶盒、照片等為佐證。然後進行逐字稿的撰寫、編碼，再以敘說分析中之「整體―內容」為分析方式，對照文獻資料以界定其在創業動機與靈性理論上之意涵，並提出結論與建議。

The propose of this study is to comprehend the role of spirituality of women entrepreneurs in cultural creativity industry when they start their enterprises, to explain how spirituality represents and affects in motive of the enterpriser. Three award-winning women entrepreneurs from cultural creativity industry in Kaohsiung are chosen to be studied objects, to provide prototype over their working experiences. The method of study is to use narrate and inquire the objects. It proceeds by telling stories, seeing the changes by time sequence. The sequences by time and condition are equally emphasized to represent the process before starting an enterprise, now and in the future. The theme is on the critical events, narrating each of the objects, founding texts and proceeding synthetic analyses between these three objects. As to collect the information, the principal is to interview in depth. Each object had at least twice profound interviews, from five hours to eight hours each time. With Shadow, news reports, personal memory box and photos as auxiliary proofs, to write and to encode the documents, then use the “macrocosm-content” method to analyze. Comparing the bibliography materials to gauge its purport in the theory towards entrepreneurial motive and spirituality, also to give researchers conclusions and advises in afterward researches.
