數位教材品質認證是「數位學習網路科學園區品質服務中心」針對數位學習教材所提供之品質認證服務,並藉由授予品質認證標章,促進優質數位教材之推廣。「數位教材品質認證」是透過系統化的審查機制,檢視數位學習教材在教材內容、學習導引、教學設計、及教學媒體等面向之設計品質,並依據品質表現授予認證標章。本文乃針對九十四年度申請認證之二十五件數位教材之評審結果與相關資訊進行分析與探討。由分析結果發現:在認證機制方面,數位教材品質認證之評鑑機制具有適切之信度與效度;而在數位教材品質表現方面,數位教材普遍在學習導引機制、教學介面設計、及教材內容正確性等方面皆能達到極佳之表現。而未通過認證之數位教材大多是因為缺乏適切的教學設計,而無法通過認證。建議數位教材之設計除展現資訊科技與多媒體特色外,更應著重於符合教育理念與教學設計之精神。
The e-Learning Courseware Certification service is provided by the Quality Service Center of the e-Learning Network Science Park to distinguish and promote well-designed e-learning course-ware. The e-Learning Courseware Centification program employs a systematic process to evaluate the educational quality of e-learning courseware from the perspectives of content, navigation, instructional design, and instructional media. The results from analyzing 25 e-learning courseware cases revealed that 1) the measurement of the certification program showed adequate reliability and validity, and 2) the certified cases outperformed the uncertified cases in content, instructional design, and instructional media. The research suggests that the development of e-learning course-ware should utilize sound instructional design methods to enhance the learning effectiveness.
