This study aims to explore the relationship between overseas adjustment and the job involvement of the Managers of Taiwan in China. The results of statistical analysis on the returned questionnaires are as follows: 1. The overseas adjustment dimension included four factors: job adjustment, life adjustment, environment adjustment and safety adjustment. The job involvement dimension included two factors: job involvement and the importance of job identification. 2. Among the four factors on the overseas adjustment dimension, life adjustment was most emphasized by the overseas domestic helpers. 3. On the overseas adjustment dimension, the four factors are all significantly related to job involvement variables. Only work adjustment, environment adjustment and life adjustment are significantly related to the importance of work identification factor. 4. The results show that older age married people with children most emphasized the environment adjustment. However, non-married young women most emphasized the safety adjustment.
