本研究主要是探討在大陸之臺籍經理人的海外適應與工作投入的關係。經過問卷調查收集資料與分析後,本研究提出下列之結論: 一、海外適應之建構因素為「工作適應」、「生活適應」、「環境適應」與「安全適應」。而工作投入之建構因素為「投入程度」與「認同工作重要性」。 二、在大陸之臺籍經理人,其最重視的是生活上的適應,且遠高於其他因素。 三、對投入程度變項有達到顯著影響的海外適應變項有工作適應、環境適應、生活適應與安全適應,其中以工作適應影響最大。而對認同工作重要性變項有顯著影響的海外適應變項是工作適應、環境適應與生活適應三項,而以生活適應影響最大。 四、在個人背景變項對海外適應與工作投入之影響分析中,其最重要發現為已婚者、年齡較高與有子女者比較重視環境適應問題,而未婚者及無子女的年輕女性,則較重視安全適應的問題。
This study aims to explore the relationship between overseas adjustment and the job involvement of the Managers of Taiwan in China. The results of statistical analysis on the returned questionnaires are as follows: 1. The overseas adjustment dimension included four factors: job adjustment, life adjustment, environment adjustment and safety adjustment. The job involvement dimension included two factors: job involvement and the importance of job identification. 2. Among the four factors on the overseas adjustment dimension, life adjustment was most emphasized by the overseas domestic helpers. 3. On the overseas adjustment dimension, the four factors are all significantly related to job involvement variables. Only work adjustment, environment adjustment and life adjustment are significantly related to the importance of work identification factor. 4. The results show that older age married people with children most emphasized the environment adjustment. However, non-married young women most emphasized the safety adjustment.
