知識管理是近年來頗受歡迎的研究議題,其原因是大部分的組織機構認為在知識經 濟的時代,「知識」是最具決定性的競爭因素。隨著智慧資產普遍受到重視,企業機構 相繼實施知識管理以提升組織內知識的價值與流通。這種知識管理的策略與過程是否成 功,完全取決於組織裡的成員是否有效地與其他人知識分享。教師是典型的知識工作 者,也是學校發展的核心。很多研究發現,學校的領導效果與學校是否有能力確保教師 對於學校創新與貢獻的意願有密切的關係。因此,學校的領導型態也可能是學校實施知 識管理成效的關鍵因素之一。基於上述之動機,本研究針對學校領導類型與知識管理之 關係進行深入探討,並分析不同個人屬性變項的教師對學校知識管理的知覺差異情形, 最後根據研究結果,對科技大學及未來研究提出具體建議。
Knowledge management has been the most popular research topic in recent years because most organizations believe “knowledge” is the most decisive competitive factor in the knowledge economy age. In response to the increased value of knowledge, many organizations are implementing knowledge management in order to ensure that knowledge is obtained from employees and distributed throughout the organization. This process depends on the sharing of knowledge by employees. Teachers, as knowledge workers, are at the heart of the development of schools. Many researches found school leadership is related to the ability of schools to maintain teachers’ willingness to innovate and contribute to the school. Therefore, leadership style may well be one of the key variables that play a significant role in knowledge management initiatives in schools. Based on the reason mentioned above, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between school leadership and knowledge management. Another objective was to investigate whether demographic variables are related to the perceptions of faculty members regarding the implementation of knowledge management. One final objective of this study was to apply the research results so as to propose suggestions to enhance knowledge management attitudes of educators in technological universities.
