The trends of this Health/Fitness Center industry are followings: diversifying developments combining with SPA; developing relation industries by producing sub-product; focusing some specifying group more precisely by using new marketing methods, also segmenting different marketing consumer groups from courses and equipments; and, emphasizing characteristics by theme atmosphere to create different experiences. The objective of the trend analysis of this study is to compare the management styles of Alexander Health Club, Youth Camp, California Fitness and Gold Gym in Taiwan. This study concludes that the bottleneck and challenges of Health/Fitness Center Industry are to build customer loyalty, promote right fitness ideas, make and fulfill the regulations, and build tutor license system. Finally, this study suggests that while choosing health/fitness center, the customers should consider convenient transportation, personal demand, budget, leisure behavior, member privileges, atmosphere, course planning, hardware and facilities, and value-added services.
