Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand difference in Judo players among social support, flow experience, well-beings and related circumstance. Method: In order to facilitate sampling, participants are University Judo players in Taiwan. Each player is measured by social support scale, flow experience scale and well-being scale with a total 142 usable samples, 99 males and 43 females. The collected data were statistical analyzed by canonical correlation and multiple stepwise regression. Result: Two major empirical findings are as follows: 1. There is significant relation between social support and flow experience in judo players. 2. The well-being is positively affected by the sense of social support and flow experience. Conclusion: The relationship between social support and flow experience of Judo players is very close. The experience of the players' social support would reflect feeling of Judo techniques' flow experience. Also, friends' support of social support, competence and concentration of flow experience has a positive impact on well-being. In conclusion, the study suggests coaches should increase social support to the players, so the players will have better flow experience and better performance of training and games. Also, when Judo coaches wish to raise the team's well-being, they should strengthen players' competence, friends' support and concentration. These are the topics that coaches should deal with properly and make use of the empirical finds of the present study in their coaching behavior.
