運動可以帶來很多心生理上的益處,但心理上的表徵要比生理來的更複雜且難以察覺。腦波心生理學的測量,大幅降低個人主觀認知上可能產生的誤差,且前額側化假說已被證實能做爲預測情緒的指標。回顧過去探討運動介入後情緒產生的相關研究,其實驗操弄的重點皆在於運動介入強度的高低,對於前額側化與情緒產生的影響,結果發現高運動強度較能產生正面情緒。探究其情緒產生的原因後發現,個人化差異對於情緒的影響,可能是另一個影響的關鍵。本文嘗試以交互作用觀點來探討運動介入與情緒反應的關係,以期釐清過去理論上的不足,進而對未來研究提出建議。
