產學合作的風氣逐漸在世界各國盛行，經由產學合作的推廣可創造產官學三贏的局面。本文依序從美、日、德、中國大陸等四國為例，分析其產學合作之發展經驗；並藉此探討我國推展產學合作專案之現況與面臨之問題，用以改進與開拓未來產學合作專案之與模式，作為學習參酌與惕厲之目標。
The culture Academia-Industry cooperation has gradually prevailed in the world, through the promotion of university-industry cooperation can create win-win situation, government and academic. This sequence from the United States, Japan, Germany, China and other four countries, for example, to analyze the development experience of academia -industry cooperation; and to promote academia-industry collaboration of our project the current situation and face the issues, to improve and develop the future. The academia -industry cooperation projects and model as the learning objectives.
