Design is, and should also be, the concrete claims and rational responses to the designers' ideas and concepts; it is an active participation of culture forming, a deep concern toward self, humans, and the society alike, and an attitude of how things should be done. Through the outer features of size, format, structure, quality/quantity, color and so on and by way of shaping and tooling, the real messages that each and every designer tries to convey is about humanity, consciousness, thoughts and thinking, beauty and history, and all other immaterial abstracts. While material materials have their limitations, they possess abundant potentials waiting to be explored as well. By re-thinking and inquiring the material's materialization, designers are trying not only to demonstrate the physical characteristics of a particular material objectively but also explore the immaterial concepts within it subjectively. All the products presented in this paper are no more the results of state-of-the-art technology than the presentations of ordinary thinking; nevertheless, all these designs exhibit the subtle handling and proper applications of the material, and this provides an alternative in asserting their beliefs, differentiating themselves from the others, and creating a competitive edge in the market that is already rich in product.
