從自我學習、人際關係、外在環境、挫折與成長、競爭力與創新以及倫理道德當中,提升體育運動休閒從業人員的競爭力,創造自己的基本價值。未來十年人口老化趨勢,銀髮族身體教育、運動、休閒、養身、延壽等各方面針對老年人運動休閒等設計、發明與應用,處處都是機會,發揮個人競爭力把握契機。藉由核心價值提升自我的成長,傳遞知識延續傳承與提供服務,真心感動更多人,把愛把情傳下去。
The staffs in physical education, sport, and leisure fields can promote the competition, and create their own value by self learning, interpersonal relationship, external environment, frustration and growth, competition and innovation, the ethic as well as morality. There is the aging process in ten years, the senior industries in physical education, exercise, leisure, healthy keeping, longevity, living design, invention, and application are showing the opportunities that the individuals can express the competition and hold the chances. In according to raising the core value and self development, the individuals should transmit the education and knowledge, lasting the heritage, and provide the service, touch people's heart deeply, and pass the love to everybody.
