題名:創造性督導方式與技術的運用

本文旨在探討創造性督導方式與技術的運用。首先,在文初,筆者先說明撰寫本文的思考脈絡並且界定創造性督導的定義。再者,筆者回顧過去的督導文獻,探討創造性督導的緣起與發展。接著,筆者探討創造性督導的方式與技術,當中主要包含三大範疇:1.視覺藝術媒材,例如:隱喻性圖像法、結構式隱喻繪畫法;2.神話故事與自編故事的隱喻,例如:自然環境的隱喻、自編隱喻性故事、希臘神話故事;3.沙盤與物件。此外,筆者亦在文中探討創造性督導的隱喻內涵與功能,內涵的部分主要指出創造性督導形成了一個「督導者-受督者-個案-創作作品」的四維互動歷程,功能的部分則涵蓋了促進受督者的表達與覺察、拓展受督者的直覺與敏感度、提升受督者多元能力與覺察、提升個案概念化的能力、提升團體督導的效能。最後,筆者於文末進行結語,總結本文的重要概念並且指出使用創造性督導時的注意事項。
