本研究主要探究督導者督導信念和價值觀的內涵、形成以及對督導專業的影響。採取敘事分析法中的「整體-內容」和「類別-內容」兩種方式,呈現5位受訪者的研究分析結果。依據對5位受訪者個別經驗的統整、歸納,獲得以下結果:
一、 督導信念與價值觀的內涵
此部分包括督導信念及督導價值觀兩部分。基本上,可以發現受訪者們的督導信念為相信並觸發人性的善意與可變性;而督導價值觀會以個案需求為主,並輔以自己的理論取向來介入,而在追求效能的同時,也會保持彈性。
二、 督導信念與價值觀的內涵之形成
此部分包括形成來源、形成機制及形成階段三部分。研究發現受訪者們透過專業和非專業生命經驗的相互映照,並且反覆地自我驗證、檢視,信念會更加地鞏固。而整個過程中,發現受訪者們會持續發展諮商、督導風格,且同步進行觀點的調整,內心會逐漸安在。
三、 督導信念與價值觀的內涵對其督導專業的影響層面與效應
此部分包括督導關係經營、督導歷程催化與介入及督導成效彰顯三部分。研究發現督導關係品質和督導介入會交互影響,在介入部分,會以個案需求為前提,採取多元化介入方式促進受督者覺察。在成效部份,督導者看重處,成效較為突顯,反之則否。
研究者根據上述研究結果,進行分析與討論,且針對督導課程、督導者訓練或督導的督導、督導實務及未來研究提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the contents and formation of supervisor’s beliefs and values, and how these influent their profession of supervision.
The study adopts holistic-content and category-content methods of narrative research to analyze and present the results of five interviewee’s interviews. According to the consolidation of interviews, the results were as bellow:
1. The contents of supervisor’s beliefs and values:
Basically, supervisor’s beliefs were to trust and trigger the good intention and variability of humanity. Further, supervisor’s values also present that interviewees would consider the needs of clients as primary matters, and then they would use their counseling theories and approaches to intervene. While pursuing the efficiency, they could also have flexibility in supervision.
2. The formation of supervisor’s beliefs and values:
At this category, it was included sources of formation, mechanisms of formation, and stages of formation. The results of this study showed that interviewees’ beliefs would consolidate with self-verification and self-review repeatedly by checking with each other about the life experience related to the parts of profession and non-profession. Otherwise, interviewees would develop their styles of counseling and supervision continuously, adjust their point of view simultaneously, and then brought the inner peace for them gradually.
3. The influence and effect of supervisor’s beliefs and values of supervision:
This part was included management of supervision relationship, proceeding and intervention of supervision process, and the highlight of supervision efficiency. Results of this study present that the quality of supervision relationship and intervention from supervisor would be interacted with each other. At the part of intervention, interviewees would think that the first priority was client’s need, and then use various methods of intervention to promote supervisee’s self-awareness. Finally, the most supervisor valued, the most supervision effect would highlight.
Researcher would analyze and discuss based on the results above, and then offer related suggestions for courses of supervision, supervisor’s training or supervision of supervision, practice of supervision, and further studies.
