題名:創造性團體督導方案之建構、成效與歷程探究

本研究的目的主要在於建構創造性團體督導方案,同時探究其有效性以及督導歷程。在建構創造性團體督導方案部分,本研究採用修正式德懷術與內容效度比率進行方案建構;在探究創造性團體督導方案對於督導關係與團體領導能的影響效果時,則採用前實驗設計中的單組前後測實驗設計進行效果探究;在探討創造性團體督導的歷程時,主要採用關鍵事件技術來進行探究。本研究以立意取樣的方式,招募到10位受督導者參與創造性團體督導歷程。
研究結果發現,創造性團體督導方案具備代表性,並且對於督導關係與團體領導能力具備影響效果。此外,受督導者在創造性團體督導歷程中,知覺到正向的督導關係與團體領導能力的提昇。
最後,本研究依據研究發現,做出結論並提出相關建議,提供督導者與研究者作為後續督導實務與研究的參考依據。
Abstract
There were three purposes in this study. First, the
purpose of this study was to
establish a program of creative group supervision.
Second, the purpose of this study was to
explore the effects of creative group supervision p
rogram. Third, the purpose of this study
was to explore the supervisees’ subjective percepti
on in the creative group supervision
process.
The study through purposive sampling to recruit
10 research participants, accepting
the creative group supervision. Researcher took thr
ee research methods to achieve the
purposes above, that is the research methods of Mod
ified Delphi, one-group
pretest-posttest design, and critical incident tech
nique.
The findings of this research were as follows:
First, the program of creative group supervision ha
d reliability and validity.
Second, the program of creative group supervision h
ad effects on the supervision
relationship between supervisor and supervisees. Al
so, it had effects on the group leading
competence for supervisee.
Third, the program of creative group supervision ma
de the supervisee percept the
positive supervision relationship, and promoting th
e group leading competence.
The research discussed the meanings of the findings
above, and provided relevant
suggestions to the supervisor and the future resear
chers.
