智慧資本是企業員工的知識與能力，企業價值是同時表現在於其財務資本與智慧資本之上。本研究主要針對香港證交所上市澳門博彩公司的2008年至2011年數據，以增值智慧係數模型進行財務資本及智慧資本對企業價值影響分析。研究結果顯示，財務資本及智慧資本對對企業價值有顯著性的影響。
Intellectual capital is knowledge and capability of employees. Corporate value is attributed form financial capital and intellectual capital simultaneously. This study aims on the evaluation of the impact of financial capital and intellectual capital on corporate value of Macanese casino companies listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange based on Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient model using empirical data form 2008 to 2011. The empirical results of this study show that there is a statistically significant relationship between financial capital and intellectual capital and corporate value.
