This paper describes the policy on international education and language education in the "A white paper on international education for primary and secondary schools" and "Grade 1-12 Curriculum Guidelines". It suggests how to make improve on international education and second foreign language education after contrast to current situation of Japanese education in elementary school and junior high school. As a result, it is an urgent task to borrowing the wisdom of schools, expand the joint research and collaboration cooperation of the experts of Japanese education and International education, to promote the development of (1) School Club Integration "second foreign language (Japanese) + culture". (2) Integrated Curriculum beyond the framework of the subject area and Japanese activities.
