After 1980’s, the Mainland China adopted the policy of reform and openness to result in her state’s ability increasingly constantly that raised the phenomenon of China rise in internationally society. Traditionally, the foreign thinking of Chinese Communism Party, in the era of Deng established the Conservative Policy toward the external world. But, the Xi-era came to power along the vision of Chinese Dream expanding; the Xi unfolded the strong position toward external world that would be not only to shape Chinese new diplomacy in the future or international structure of political economy profoundly but also to re-shape newly international order presently. In the China, from Deng-era to Xi-era that would seem to be the Conservative Policy gone away and the policy of more aggressive one would dominate seemingly. In the American position, it always adopt the strategy of “soft containing,” especially, the Obama’s government to uphold the flag of coming back to Asia. Relatively, those countries of the south-eastern Asia worry about the China rise so to close up the US for security after 2010. Those countries which in the periphery of China always take the “hedge,” namely, to rely on US in security and to rely on China in economy. However, after Donald Trump taking office in 2017, because of his isolationist tendency, it may be conducive to the consolidation of China's position in Asia.
