題名:探討逢甲大學選修體育課學生的睡眠和健康生活品質

本研究目的旨在探討大學生睡眠品質與健康生活品質的現況,並比較之間的差異性。以逢甲大學四項體育課程385位學生為研究對象,研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(PSQI)與健康生活品質量表(SF-36),測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、卡方檢定與事後比較(tukey)等統計方法,以了解不同課程學生的睡眠品質與健康生活品質的差異情形,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、有62.9%的學生自覺健康狀況良好,只有2.9%的學生自覺健康狀況不佳。二、不同課程四組學生的睡眠品質有顯著差異,籃球組明顯高於桌球組的學生。三、生理健康層面得分高於心理健康的層面,比較上達顯著差異。四、睡眠品質不佳組(PSQI≧6)其健康生活品質各構面分數明顯比睡眠品質良好組(PSQI≦5)的分數低,比較上達顯著差異。結論:逢甲大學修習體育專項學生的睡眠品質與健康生活品質的結果互有高低,顯示學生的睡眠品質和健康生活品質還有提升的空間,學校應發揮體育在健身與身心健康等優勢,以豐富大學生的生活品質,希望本研究結果能提供體育課程教學及未來相關研究上之參考。
This study aimed to explore university students' sleep quality and healthy-related quality of life and to compare the differences between them. Three hundred and eighty-five students from 4 items of physical education participated in the study. The research instruments used were Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Quality of Life Table (SF-36). The data acquired were processed by SPSS for windows 18.0 software. The researchers also employed Description Statistics, Chi-square test and Post hoc (tukey) to understand the differences between students' sleep quality and healthy-related quality of life in different courses. The significant level was set as α = .05. The results attained are as follows. 1). Students feeling healthy take 62.9%; only 2.9% of them are conscious of poor health. 2). Moreover, significant differences in the sleep quality of the four groups of students in different courses can be seen; the findings show a substantial difference between the students taking basketball course and those taking table tennis course. 3). In addition, the score of physiological health is higher than that of mental health, and the scores after comparison display significant differences. Finally, the total scores of sleep quality and every aspects of life quality also demonstrate significant difference in comparison. In conclusion, elective physical education students' sleep quality and healthy life quality in Feng Chia University have high and low results; this means Showing room students' sleep quality and quality of life can still be improved. The university should take advantage of sports in terms of fitness and physical and mental health so as to enrich university students' life quality. The researchers hope that the results of this study can provide a reference for teaching physical education and related research in the future.
